“I’m Sara, the owner and candle maker of Slow Burn Candles. What started as a personal mindfulness practice has become a boutique candle company dedicated to crafting high-quality beeswax candles that inspire peace and mindfulness.

As a full-time yoga teacher, candle-making was my anchor amidst a hectic life. The warmth of melted beeswax and the rhythmic pouring process taught me to slow down and appreciate simplicity.

Every Slow Burn candle is hand-poured in my St. Paul, MN studio using 100% pure beeswax from local apiaries. I pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure each candle burns cleanly and beautifully.

Beeswax is a renewable resource that offers a gentle honeyed scent and warm glow, transforming spaces into sanctuaries of peace. My hope is that each candle becomes a moment of pause, a reminder to breathe deeply, and a symbol of the beauty in slowing down.
