Fiera Flavors, born from experimentation and culinary play, began with a memorable first date in 2020 when Sebastián impressed Mariana (his now-wife) with homemade arrabbiata pasta featuring his chili-infused oil. That initial spark—compelling enough for a doggy bag in a Ziplock—evolved as the couple continued refining their recipe into something indispensable to their kitchen. After success sharing their creation in Bogotá, they relocated to Austin to introduce their first product to American tables. More than just a condiment, Fiera represents their philosophy that cooking should be playful and communal—designed not for pristine kitchens but for homes where food brings people together, transforming simple meals into memorable experiences with the promise of more flavor innovations to come.
